Tiburon Art Festival 2013 – August 10-18
With charm reminiscent of quaint New England fishing villages and world-class views rivaling the most scenic European vistas, Tiburon California is unequivocally and art-lovers Mecca
Featuring ‘Art by the Bay’ – August 10-18
An epic, ten day public art exhibit. Art by the Bay features internationally renowned, artists Kiril Jeliazkov (Orange Step – 128 canvases measuring 20’ h x 10’ w) and Jean Pierre Rives (bold metal sculptures created for Shoreline Park).
Plein Air Competition – August 10
Up to 20 artists will be in an area designated by the judges, ‘painting in the open air’. The finished pieces will be auctioned in a silent auction at the Juried Art Festival on August 17-18. Prizes will be awarded for Judges favorite, peoples choice and honorable mention.
Art Row Festival – August 17/18
Saturday and Sunday 11-5pm
60 select artists chosen by internationally renowned jurors; Kiril Jeliazkov, Jean Pierre Rives and Lauren Drever. Including art from the Drever Foundation Hotbed Event and a silent auction of the art painted at the Plein Air Competition
Food, drinks, live entertainment.
$5/admission /children under 15 free
